About Reformer Pilates - Beginner Foundation

Build confidence, strength, and body awareness through the fundamentals of classical Reformer Pilates. This beginner-friendly class introduces the core Pilates principles of breath, concentration, control, precision, and flow while teaching the essential exercises that form the foundation of a strong practice. Expect to explore footwork, shoulder bridges, hands-in-straps and legs-in-straps sequences, short box work, and targeted core training, with a focus on proper alignment and technique. More challenging movements such as lunges, plank variations, and standing exercises are carefully broken down into manageable progressions, allowing you to develop confidence and control at your own pace. Ideal for those new to the reformer or anyone looking to refine their technique and deepen their understanding of Pilates movement.
